and the text of a message I had been working on appeared in my Active.mbox
file.  I had been composing a message and saving it in a temporary
file as I worked on it (having been bitten by crashes in other mail
environments).  I saw this once before, under similar circumstances,
but can't figure out how it got into my mail.  

Anyone know what it is, or how this gets created/sent.  Note there
is no To: field, or Date: Just a From and Subject with the text as
above.
