I've been having a lot of crashes on my cube lately. The symptom is usually
that an app does not complete launching (either when double-clicked or when
one of its documents is double-clicked). In almost every case, the message
I get in my console is...

    pbs: msg_send error: -101, with msg_id = 21

Often, after the app appears to be frozen, I will try to choose Processes
from Workspace's Tools menu only to get a panel reading

    Internal error=3007. Continue at your own risk.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing these errors? This problem
has persisted through an upgrade from 030 to 040 yesterday. I am running
Release 2.0.
