Thanks for all the response; over 18 messages!

Solutions ranges from $643 to $6, including software.  The solution I'm 
going for is a Western Digital Ethernet card (WD8003) along with Sun's 
PC-NFS system, or maybe Beames and Whitesides, whichever takes up the least 
ram (total ~$600).  Both allow the PC to access the NeXT's harddisks as its 
own.
