The 100+ percent utilization monitor screen you see is nothing more than
a timing bug in the utilization routine with the (I believe) 2.15 rev A.
version of Advanced NetWare. This doesn't indicate that anything is
wrong except the server is going a little too fast for the routine. This is
fixed in the latest version of 2.15c (or it's been fixed in the 2.2. I 
forget which).
