The software I use on PC is procomm plus. When I try to logon to IRIS within procomm, I get strange characters in first 2-3 minutes(if I keep hitting Enter). then suddenly the "IRIS Login" prompt comes out. After that the PC terminal works fine within the day(even I get off then get on procomm again).
