Apparently, this book isn't on the "Books in Print" list, so things got a little complicated: in addition to the information above, my bookstore needed a price. So I called the publisher at the number listed above. It seems that they have been getting a lot of calls about this book recently, as the lady who answered the phone guessed that I was inquiring about "3:16" (I explained to her about Knuth, TeX, and USENET; I don't know if she understood it all, but she now knows their phone number is around the world by now :-) ). Anyway, the price is $29.95; with that and the information above, I was able to order the book from my local bookstore. BTW, this publisher specializes in music typesetting; there was a blurb about them in a recent "UNIX Today!" Dan -- =========================================================================== J.
