But I had to notice that this was not the solution. Now I found a very ticky sollution @MANUAL{ATT89, title = "Block and Character Driver Developers Guide", >>> key = {ATT89} <<< organization = "AT\&T", year = 1989, edition = "2.", } without the key-entry, bibtex tries to generate his label from AT\&T which causes big problems.
