I've been watching but I havn't seen a definitive answer to the
question: 

  ``Is the *completely* updated, *current* set of UniTeX software
available for FTP?''

As far as I know, the stuff at labrea is still TeX3.0.  I keep seeing
talk about TeX3.14, newer WEB2C, etc...  

I would like to get the newest stuff copied to UUNET.
