I have experienced data loss with Terminals and terminal emulators (I
think when output data has been formated with tabs) when logged in to
a remote host from a mips node running Ultrix 4.1.  I do not have the
problem when logged from machines running 3.1.  Has DEC upgraded
(read: clobbered) the termcap library?  The TCP/IP library?  How do
you prevent this problem?
