There seems to be a bug in Windows which prevents the use of 1024x768x256
bitmaps as wallpaper.   However, I've found that if you edit your bitmap
using Paint Shop (or something similar) to have one less line (767), it will
display and not crash your system.  I am also using a Tseng 4000 type board,
so I don't know if this is driver specific, but the fix works for now...
