A minor bug fix has of MoonTool for Windows version 0.4
has been uploaded to the uploads directory of 
cica.cica.indiana.edu.

This bug fix corrects the White Box Bug and changes the Window
Text to the Current Phase of the Moon when Iconized.

The drawings of the Moon are also better.  Using a StretchBlt
instead of BitBlt.

Does anyone have a good hires bitmap of the Full Moon?
