I have what I think is sufficient technical information to
write a program that will read a windows BITMAP (.BMP) file
and convert it to another format (DVA MIC .IMG format).

Am I reinventing the wheel??  Would someone send me source that can
read a .BMP file?  (I can write it out again in my format...)
