Reports smuggled out of Iraq indicate that the Iraqi Army has confiscated all such supplies from civilian hospitals in the past. Sending such supplies by convoy through Jordan, an Iraqi ally during the recent hostilities and ongoing genocide of the Kurds, does not inspire confidence. I cannot help wondering if such an effort might eb more effective if directed toward the refugee camps in Turkey and Iran which have been receiving thousands of people fleeing Iraqi gunships. W. K.
