A friend's son's high school is having a food fair, and we need a
recipe for a Japanese dish that does not have to be either heated or
refrigerated, and can be given out to multitudes of crazed
food-deprived children.  The logical choice is some kind of cookie.
Does anyone have a recipe that might help.  Thanks.
