Sorry if this has come up before.  I know I can order the software
referred to on page xxi of the book from Morgan Kaufmann, but a tar
tape is an inconvenient format for me.  I'm wondering if that is the
only source - i.e. can I anonymous ftp it from anywhere?  Or is
this kind of distribution prohibited?  Please email replies.  Thanks.
