This is not exactly what you are looking for, since what it does is that it copies all (if you wish) the files from the same disk drive at one go. You'll only have to change floppies once, but your target floppy must be pre-formatted. It is a relatively simple MsDos batch, scopy.bat in /pc/ts/tsbat24.arc. But it works well as a quick and dirty solution. And it can easily be improved to include the formatting of the target floppy. ...................................................................
