	If anyone that has installed this driver, and does NOT have the Hayes
serial board has actually gotten the FIFO buffer to work under Win3.0 I would 
love to hear the details on how you got it to work. I have an Everex board 
with the 16550 installed and it was a big improvement under DOS but high speed 
transfers are stil a fiasco under Win3.0 (-:    ??????
