lharc for unix can be found at ab20.larc.nasa.gov in the /incoming directory.

And thanks especially, Kent, the man from xanth, for writing it. I tried
to send a message, but it bounced.

BTW, the one at ut-sun in Tokyo, (133.11.11.11) 
                       (can't remember the mnemonic)
is no good. Even if you can read kana.
