What are the 'rarely encountered bugs in Paradox 3.5' that was mentioned
in the April 15, 1991 article in INFOWORLD, on page 90. ie:

	Notes From The Field - By Robert X. Cringely
	It's Too Taxing To Replace Buggy Paradox 3.5, So Borland Doesn't

I have been having problems getting the prompt command to work in a procedure.
