I am not sure if I understood your request, but here is a shot...

HP has a device called a "Modular Adaptor" PN# 28638 which takes
the data lines for 10-BASE-T and brings them into a 25 pair TELCO
connector.

It is used as an adaptor for our EtherTwist HUBs to allow direct
connection to RJ45 connectors.
