I am looking for a program to make barcodes for printing on mailing envelopes. 
The US Post Office has their own type of barcoding called POSTNET.  Ordinarily
you have to go to a service bureau for a lot of dollars to print POSTNET
barcodes.  I am looking for a program to print barcodes using this system.
I have found programs to print almost every type of barcode, but none
does POSTNET.

I don't imagine to find this capability as a font, but this seemed like the
closest thing to what I'm looking for.  I'm looking for programs in MS/PC-DOS.
