I am seeking plotcap entries for use with the gplot 
(general device independent plotting library) as developed
at Stanford.  The gplot library is used with the program Suprem-III
which simulates silicon IC processing. 

Stanford supplied some of the plotcap entries that we
need, but it would be a great help to have entries for:

DEC LN03  laser printer
Tek 40xx  (4010, 4015)  (the LN03 can emulate the 4010)
Tek 4105
