  I'm interested in obtaining the specification of the protocol used
to store images on 'still video' magnetic disks. Specifically, I'm 
investigating the possibility of building a peripheral that reads these
disks and outputs the image in digitized format. This format is currently
used by both the Cannon Xapshot and the Sony Mavica (sp?). Any information
would be welcomed.
