 Jim, first, are you sure you are using version 1.3?  The PYGMYC.COM was  only
used several versions earlier (where PYGMYC.COM was supposed to work  on color
systems and PYGMY.COM worked on monochrome systems).  I thought  all the kinks
had been worked out by version 1.2 for automatically  determining whether the
system was color or monochrome.  Please let me know  which version you are
using.

 If it is 1.3 then the 1st idea that comes to mind is perhaps some other 
software has set the EGA into some strange mode (not 80x25 with video  buffer
starting at $B8000).  If so, perhaps you can reset the mode to a  plain 'ol
CGA compatible mode and see what happens.  Let me know all the  details you
can and I hope we can get it working.
