Hey, _we_ do! ;-)  We had two independent customers request this
feature in the same week, so i started right on it.  We already
accepted the -I option for cpp'ing ".F" files, and now it also
specifies the path for INCLUDE statements.  The environment
variable F77INCLPATH may also be used (for INCLUDE only), with a
syntax like PATH, but any -I paths are searched first.
