I vaguely remember someone posting something about some grants for
SISAL work being given out by the NSF or somesuch.  Is there an
implementation of SISAL available for Unix machines (specifically,
DECsomethings or maybe Sun 3s) that I can get without paying?

I've already asked Archie, so an "intelligent" response is probably
called for at this point.
