Modula-2+ has been defined by some people at DEC and Olivetti some
years ago.
See extending Modula-2 to build large integrated systems by Paul
Rovner, in IEEE Software, Novermber 1986, p46.

This has been worked on to create Modula-3. See the newsgroup
comp.lang.modula3.
