It looks like your driver /usr/local/bin/m3 isn't configured
correctly.  Run  '/usr/local/bin/m3 "-?"'  to verify the
configuration of your driver.  Then, add "-v" and "-d" to
your link command.  The resulting output should tell you
what's happening.
