First, the simtel computer seems to be very ambivalent about whether or not it understands the "pwd" command, as this session fragment shows: ftp> pwd 500 I never heard of the PWD command. Try HELP. ftp> help Commands may be abbreviated. Commands are: ! cr macdef proxy send $ delete mdelete sendport status account debug mdir put struct append dir mget pwd sunique ^^^ Second, it won't let me download files, e.g.: ftp> get ZWP.ZIP ZWP.ZIP: Permission denied Any help would be appreciated.
