Ch4, 'Relationships between views':
presents the two graphical forms used to document
the object hierarchy (Fig 4.6) and a sample view tree (Fig4.7)
and then cautions

	"Don't confuse the two relationships."

Ch13 then uses the view-tree graphic to demonstrate the object hierarchy!
Next printing of TVision guide should use consistent notation.
