You need a driver that will emulate EMS memory using your machine's extended
memory.  Some examples of drivers that will do this include QEMM386 from
Quarterdeck and EMM386 from Microsoft.  If you have Windows 3.0, you have
EMM386.  In my opinion, QEMM386 is the better of the two.

Both QEMM386 (version 5.11 or later) and EMM386 will work with Windows 3.0.
