After the second trace, regardless of what order, MIT Scheme version 7.1.0 freezes (I think it goes into a loop of infinite garbage collecting). I read a previous note explaining what "automagically impurifying" means, but am now wondering why it is only possible to "automagically impurify" one object at a time. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Craig Goldberg Columbia University Applied Mathematics Department "I hate Illinois Nazis." - Jake Blues
