I am looking for infromation on a package called MMDF II.  I believe it
is a Berkley implementation of MMDF.  Please pardon my stupidity here
because I don't know anything about MMDF except for the version I am
running on my SCO Unix box.  I am very happy with it and would like to
track down a version that might run on a 286 Altos Xenix box.

Even if that is not possible I would still like to find out where and
how I can get the sources.  I am mailing for information to
mmdf2@relay.cs.net so I already have that much.

I would like to know as much as possible about the package, such as:

What's the latest version?
How well does it work?
Is it like the SCO MMDF (or maybe SCO got it from UCB?)
Can I get a recent (post II.b upd #43) version from UUNET?
Where can a non-IP site get a copy if not from UUNET?
Are these all stupid questions?
