Hello out there!

Is there a converter which is capable of converting a SUN
SparcStation's /dev/audio file (.au) into the Soundblaster's
DAC format (.voc) and/or the other way round???
I take commercial versions, shareware, public domain, anything,
if I can get hold of such a converter.
