	This submission contains many useful utilities.  ADAM - a TPU based
text editor developed from, what else, DEC's EVE editor!  BUGOUT is a utility
to aid in the debugging and optimization of FORTRAN programs easily.  DOUBLE
lists two files side-by-side on a VT100 terminal.  Some command procedures that
perform text string replacement, submitting FORTRAN compiles.  GROK - returns
the number os characters, words, and other information on files.  RPURGE -
deletes all but the OLDEST file specified.  SPLIT - a program to split FORTRAN
source code into subprograms, and other fine utilities.
