KRONOS is truly the best thing from this submission. I've been using DECwindows CALENDAR for some time, and I had truly forgotten that there was a world outside the 19" VAXstation monitor. Now people with terminals smart enough to be useable with SMG can have their own calendar/reminder system. COOKIE is yet-another-fortune program without really sufficient documentation to give any clues as to what COOKIE$DATA is supposed to be defined to be. In the TOOLS directory, there is a nice set of DCL command procedures to assist programmers when editing and compiling the same programs by defaulting a lot of the obvious (repeated) parameters.
