No, the current Supreme Court deserves NO credit at all for any actions. They ruled 5-4 for the flag-burning. This SHOULD have been a simple 9-0 ruling. It is obvious what the 1st amendment says. The current ruling about forced confessions is not as obvious, but this one FAILED to represent the constitution.
