District Court Judge Gilbert Indeglia ordered Michael P. Labbe, 25, of 34 Connecticut Ave., Warwick, and Jeffrey L. Whitman, 23, of 27 Hemlock Ave., Cranston, held. As is customary on felony counts at the District Court level, neither man entered pleas on the charges of first-degree child molestation and third degree sexual assault. Police said the boys were 13 and 14 when the alleged offenses occurred. They said they got a tip about the alleged assaults. The alleged offenses took place at the house where Labbe lives, police said. wed 17apr91 --- -- -- Michael P.
