There are no problems even when running PC-Tools Compress with hyperdisk installed. Note: in the documentation it says that you should run hyperdkx.sys with QEMM 5.11 and above. I don't know if there are problems with hyper386.sys or hyper286.sys with QEMM. Maybe you should use Manifest and QEMM's analysis procedure to see if there are any memory conflicts that may have come about when running windows.
