 One tip for getting registrations especially from 'foreign' countries.
Accept credit cards for registrations. Especially for lowish priced 
Shareware, it can cost nearly as much to obtain $(or other currency)
money orders or checks as the amount being paid. Paying by credit card
is much easier.
