I am currently using version 2.3. The book "C Programmer's Guide to NeTBIOS" makes mention of the find name command, but gives no syntax, nor what to expect. I have been able to successfully call findname, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to interpret the data returned. The books I have don't give a structure that fits the one returned, and the data isn't anything obvious (like names or dotted hex addresses). Please fill me in if you know anything about this command! Thanks, - Rocco P.S. Please respond by email. If there is any interest, I can post a summary later. -- Name: Rocco Martin | Internet: martin@cs.uiuc.edu, or roccom@tahoe.unr.edu --+-- Witty saying: You can pick your nose, you can pick your friends, | but you can't wipe your friends off behind the couch. |
