I'm presently trying to hook up an Apple ImageWriter II to an IBM-PC
via the serial port, and having a bit of trouble with the handshaking.

I've been led to believe that I might need to modify the switch
settings inside the printer, but have no documentation on what the
proper settings are (or indeed, what the switches do in the first
place).

Anybody with more information, or experience interfacing an IW2 with
an IBM-PC, your help will be appreciated.
