   Sorry if this is a duplicate append.  How can I get my hands on
   rkinit?  I could not find it in Version 4 distribution.

It's not available in the Version 4 distribution; I'm not sure what the
status of the rkinit code is, as far as distribution goes.  Jay, do you
know?
