The MOD has a capacity of up to 1.2 Gb which makes it a good candidate as a dump medium (compared to a 150 Mb tape drive). Now I can actually create a dump file on the MOD as follows: rsh rama /etc/dump 0f - >dumpfile where rama is one of our Suns. However I can't get restore to read it.
