Subject: Phase I of OSU archives has been accomplished

I just finished moving all of the files in the OSU archives into the
new sub-directories.  I ran into some difficulties with the README file
but hopefully they will be fixed by tomorrow night (Tuesday).  When the
new README file is ready I will install it on OSU and post a copy.  If
you absolutely have to know what the final outcome of the reorg was you
can either use ftp to get a listing or wait until 3am (or whenever) until
the "ls-lR" file gets updated and download a copy of it.

Once I get the README file in place I will be ready to accept suggestions
for new and wonderful things that should be stored in the archives.
