This effectively interfaces with the local protocal converter (I don't know if thats the correct term, but it's name is Merit and one dials up with a terminal emulator and you give it the name of the system you want to connect to, which it subsequently telnets to). I would like to use AmigaNOS localy, but the SUN's here haven't SLIP, and SLIP (which I ftp'd) says it needs to be inserted into the kernal, which, not being a superuser, I am unable to do. SLIP doesn't talk with Merit (I tried) but this SLFP does, so I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where to get it for the Amiga, add it to AmigaNOS, or at least instruct be on how to get source(or the specification) and instructions on how to add it to AmigaNOS. Sorry about the grammar :) Steve
