This works with Amax I and II. It may also be of use to those who may already have hard drives that work with Amax, but would like to pre-load the Amax RAM disk before use. I also see this as an excellent way to do file conversions. I myself do not have the Mac expertise to decipher the Mac file system which will be contained in the RAM disk image that my program saves to disk. But I have looked at the file with a byte-level editor, and the files are there, just waiting to be read in and converted.
