No.  This is probably why the 1351 has the huge block on the end of the cable
which won't let you connect it to an A2000 (I don't know about the A3000).
The power and GrouND lines should (actually, have to) be the same as the
Amiga's joy/mouse ports, so you won't destroy anything by plugging it in.
The mouse mode will not work on the Amiga, but the joystick mode should
work in place of a joystick (of course).
