H owever, I decided to implode the arp.library and now on bootup I get an error message that says .... Arb.library v39+ needed (not sure about ver number) Does anyone know what I could have done wrong? Also, thanks go to Phil@documail.uucp. He found the Boot1.lzh that I had been looking for. However, there is one problem with the problem. It does something to the system timing so that on bootup the system date is: . After any warm boots it is the same! (system date is not preserved). In addition, after running CURE (virus detector and killer) it frequently reports a "LoadSeg error" and removes the error. Anyone know what the cause of the problem could be? (BTW - One of my CIA chips is bad, and it has been all but impossible to find them on the market. Would that be a cause of trouble?) Thanks as always for the collective wisdom of the net!! ;) Russ comments/suggestions/additions/deletions/obfuscations/indigestions WELCOMED!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Gee. . .
