It'll let you play any sound file from a mac that was sampled at 11 mhz. (to mac people that's 2:1 playback). It requires a 128k //. I think Scott posted it to Tybalt.Caltech.Edu, along withn 1/2 meg of sound files (some Star Trek stuff). I also saw the sound files on GEnie last night. I'm sure SoftDac is there somewhere too.
